  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. 2. Marinate salmon fillets in the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Sear the salmon fillets, skin-side down, for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
