  • 1 cup Dried seaweed soaked and drained
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the dried seaweed in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Add the soaked seaweed to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
