Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 sheet Nori (seaweed) cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. 4. Add seaweed strips and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
