Instructions
1. Boil water in a pot.
2. Add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
4. Add seaweed strips and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
