Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
4. If using, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the chicken before serving.
