Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch optional, for thickening

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. If using, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
  5. 5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the chicken before serving.
