  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 scallions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
