  • 200 g Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. 5. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice.
