Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
4. Continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
5. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice.
