Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 cup Dried Shiitake Mushrooms soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger sliced
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the soaked shiitake mushrooms, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chopped green onions and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
