Japanese Shoyu Chicken Recipe
A delicious and savory Japanese-style chicken dish marinated in soy sauce and other flavorful ingredients.

- 1 kg Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- ¼ cup Sake
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken thighs.
Cook the chicken for about 15 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.
