Japanese Shrimp Ball Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg Egg, beaten
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, green onions, panko breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. 
- 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. 
- 3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. 
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
- 5. Fry the shrimp balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. 
- 6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
