Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg Egg, beaten
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, green onions, panko breadcrumbs, and beaten egg.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the shrimp balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
