Ingredients 

Burger Patties

  • 500 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

To Serve

  • 4 Burger buns toasted
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato

Instructions 

  1. 1. Chop the shrimp into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add the beaten egg, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on each toasted bun. Add the shrimp patty and top with the other half of the bun.
