- 500 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
