Ingredients

  • 500 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
