Japanese Shrimp Stir Fry
A quick and delicious Japanese shrimp stir fry recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour in soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
