Japanese Simmered Kabocha

- 1 whole Kabocha squash cut into chunks
- 2 cups Dashi stock
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
1. Cut the kabocha squash into chunks.
2. In a pot, combine dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the kabocha chunks to the pot. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
4. Serve warm.
