  • 2 cups Dashi stock
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions

  2. 2. In a pot, combine dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the kabocha chunks to the pot. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
