Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large Cucumbers smashed and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Smash the cucumbers with the side of a knife and cut them into bite-size pieces.
  2. 2. Sprinkle the cucumbers with salt and let them sit for 10 minutes. Drain any excess water.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic.
  4. 4. Add the cucumbers to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
