Ingredients

  • 500 g Salmon Fillet skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Garlic

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and grated garlic.
  2. 2. Place the salmon fillet in the bowl and coat it well with the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (110°C).
  4. 4. Place the salmon in the smoker and smoke for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove the salmon from the smoker and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
