A simple and delicious Japanese-style snap pea recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Snap Peas trimmed
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
- 1 clove Garlic minced
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add snap peas and cook, stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
