  • 200 g Snow Peas trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add snow peas and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
