Ingredients

  • 200 g Soba noodles
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dashi powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. 2. Add soba noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. 3. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and dashi powder.
  5. 5. Add noodles to the bowl and mix well.
  6. 6. Serve cold.
