Japanese Somen Noodle Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Somen noodles
 - 500 ml Water for boiling
 - 100 ml Mentsuyu (noodle dipping sauce)
 - 2 pieces Green onions chopped
 - 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted
 
 
1. Boil water in a pot.
2. Add somen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water.
4. Serve noodles in bowls with mentsuyu, chopped green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.
