  • 200 g Somen noodles
  • 500 ml Water for boiling
  • 100 ml Mentsuyu (noodle dipping sauce)
  • 2 pieces Green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. 2. Add somen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water.
  4. 4. Serve noodles in bowls with mentsuyu, chopped green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.
