Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Yuzu juice or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Yuzu zest or lemon zest

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves completely. Let it cool.
  2. 2. Add yuzu juice and zest to the cooled syrup. Mix well.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. 5. Scoop and serve.
