Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Dashi stock
  • 1 block Tofu cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Miso paste
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the dashi stock in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the tofu and mushrooms to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the soy sauce and salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso paste in the soup.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
