  • 2 cups Soybeans soaked overnight
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain the soaked soybeans and place them in a pot.
  2. 2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce and sugar, stir well.
  5. 5. Simmer for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
