Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
4. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
5. Stir in soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
6. Toss in cooked spaghetti and mix well to combine. Serve hot.
