Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Spam sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced Spam to the pan and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour the sauce over the Spam and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the Spam.
  5. Serve hot with rice or as a side dish.
