- 2 fillets Spanish Mackerel fresh
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Cook the mackerel fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side.
4. Pour the sauce over the fish and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot with a side of rice.
