Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, gochujang, and minced garlic.
2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes per side.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
