Ingredients

  • 2 large Cucumbers sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add salt to the cucumbers and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and sugar.
  4. 4. Drain any excess water from the cucumbers and add the dressing. Mix well.
  5. 5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
