Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, gochujang, garlic, and sesame oil. Mix well.
2. Add the sliced pork belly to the bowl and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the marinated pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
