Japanese Spicy Ramen Recipe

Broth
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Miso paste
- 1 teaspoon Chili paste
Toppings
- 2 cups Cooked ramen noodles
- 1 cup Sliced green onions
- 2 Soft-boiled eggs
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add soy sauce, miso paste, and chili paste. Stir well.
3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. Divide the noodles into bowls. Pour the broth over the noodles.
6. Top with green onions, soft-boiled eggs, and sliced mushrooms. Serve hot.
