Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 block Tofu, cubed
  • 2 green onions Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the spinach and tofu, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
