Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon dashi stock
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. Blanch spinach in boiling water for 1 minute.
  2. Drain and cool in ice water.
  3. Squeeze out excess water and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Mix soy sauce, mirin, and dashi stock in a bowl.
  5. Add spinach to the bowl and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
