Instructions
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Add spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
3. Drain spinach and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out excess water.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and sugar.
5. Add spinach to the bowl and mix well.
6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
