Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 fillets White fish such as cod or sea bass
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare the steamer and bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Place the fish fillets on a plate that fits inside the steamer.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture over the fish fillets.
  5. 5. Steam the fish for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
