Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Ribs
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  3. Place the pork ribs on a baking tray and pour the sauce over them. Make sure the ribs are well coated.
  4. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours.
  5. After 1.5 hours, remove the foil and brush the ribs with the sauce. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
