Japanese Stir Fry Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast sliced into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, snap peas
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour in the soy sauce, mirin, and sake. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
