Instructions
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the wok. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
