Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles Use your favorite type of noodles
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables Carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the wok. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
