Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
