Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
