Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and snow peas. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  7. Serve hot.
