Japanese Strawberry Sandwich (Fruit Sando)

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices soft white bread
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8-10 pieces fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. 
- Spread a generous amount of whipped cream on one side of each bread slice. 
- Place strawberry halves on top of the whipped cream on two of the bread slices. 
- Top with the remaining bread slices, cream side down. 
- Gently press the sandwiches together and trim the crusts. 
- Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.
