Japanese Strawberry Sandwich (Fruit Sando)

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices soft white bread
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8-10 pieces fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Spread a generous amount of whipped cream on one side of each bread slice.
Place strawberry halves on top of the whipped cream on two of the bread slices.
Top with the remaining bread slices, cream side down.
Gently press the sandwiches together and trim the crusts.
Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.
