Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Daikon radish sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cups Dashi broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage chopped
  • 1 block Tofu firm, cubed
  • 2 green onions Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring the dashi broth to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add the daikon radish, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and mirin. Stir well.
  6. 6. Add the napa cabbage and tofu. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
