Japanese Sushi Burritos

- 2 cups sushi rice cooked and seasoned
- 4 sheets nori
- 1 cup sliced raw fish like tuna or salmon
- 1 cup julienned vegetables like cucumber, carrot, and avocado
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon wasabi
- 1 tablespoon pickled ginger
1. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
2. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
3. Arrange slices of raw fish and julienned vegetables in the center of the rice.
4. Roll the sushi burrito tightly using the bamboo mat, starting from the bottom and rolling upwards.
5. Slice the sushi burrito in half with a sharp knife.
6. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
