Ingredients 

Sushi Rice

  • 2 cups sushi rice rinsed
  • 2.5 cups water
  • cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoon salt

Sushi Filling

  • 1 pack nori sheets
  • 1 piece cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 piece avocado sliced
  • 200 grams fresh salmon sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice in a rice cooker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Pour over the cooked rice and mix gently.
  3. 3. Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  4. 4. Arrange cucumber, avocado, and salmon slices in a line along the bottom edge of the rice.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat. Slice into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
