- ½ cup Rice vinegar
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and ketchup. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool before using.
