  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and ketchup. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool before using.
