  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the carrot matchsticks to the saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until carrots are tender and the liquid has reduced.
