  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  2. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
  3. Once baked, let them cool slightly, then peel and mash in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add melted butter, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix well.
