Ingredients

  • 200 g Sweet potato noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sweet potato noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Add the cooked sweet potato noodles and soy sauce to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
