- 2 cups Cooked white rice
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Salsa
1. Cook the white rice in a rice cooker or on the stove according to package instructions.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef according to the packet instructions. Stir well.
4. To serve, place a portion of cooked rice on each plate. Top with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and salsa.
