Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tapioca pearls
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add tapioca pearls and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes until pearls are translucent.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  5. 5. Add the milk mixture to the tapioca pearls and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve warm or chilled.
