  • 2 cups Dashi stock
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and cut the taro into chunks.
  2. 2. In a pot, combine dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the taro chunks to the pot. Simmer for about 30 minutes until the taro is tender.
  4. 4. Serve hot.
