  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Finely Chopped Pickles
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and pickles. Mix well.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix again. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
